what is the difference between certified preowned and used?

Certified pre-owned phones are lightly used, thoroughly inspected by a professional team (and repaired if necessary), and then you're convered by our 1 year warranty as well.
Used phones are pre-owned phones that have not been factory repaired, and have not been tested officially. Typically, great customer service is not inlcuded with an used phone purchase.

    I'd like to know more detail about your iPhone refurbishment process.
     
    I understand you are R2v3 certified yet that appears to be more about good safety and environmental standards, which I am glad to see. But I would like to know in more detail what is involved at your end as far as the iPhone or other device is involved. You must have a standard sheet or report that explains all this; I just couldn't find it on your site.
     
    What steps do you take that sets your refurbishment apart from others?  I would just like to know more about your refurbishment process and how it compares to, say, decluttr,  Amazon Renewed Premium, or BackMarket, other vendors I'm considering. I do realize your refurbishment is all in-house not via outside refurbishers, and that sounds like a plus. -
