Go to the contact us page or email us at hello@plug.tech Provide us with your order number and the reason you are returning this device. We will then email you with a prepaid return label to ship the device back. Before you ship it back please be sure to remove your iCloud. Upon receiving the return, we will either issue you a refund or expedite you a replacement.
