Setting up your device with Sprint

Fortunately, Sprint makes it easy. All you have to do to set up your new device is to insert your active Sprint SIM card on the side of the device. Your device will start picking up service within 30 seconds.
 
If your device is older than an iPhone XR, you may be required to call Verizon to update the device with your carrier.
 
If your device does not pick up service with 1 minute after inserting your sim, please contact us directly to resolve this.
