Follow these steps:
Insert your SIM card into your device.
Turn on your device.
What you should know: If you purchased your device in-store, you must activate in the store. If you purchased your device by calling Cricket Customer Care, you must also call to activate.
Are you a new customer or existing customer? If you are new you will need to call cricket to set your device up any further. If you are an existing customer you should be able to activate the device right away.
