How do I return my device?

At plug, We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy!

To create a return, reach out to us directly at

1. Contact us to get a prepaid return label

2. Please remove all of our information from the device, this way we don't have any hiccups processing your return.

3. Ship your device back in a secure box to prevent any damage in transit.

Once we receive your device, our team will process your resolution within 24 hours!


(Please note that if any physical damage is done to the device results in the device’s warranty being voided. Per company policy, we reserve the right to issues a $10 to $20 restocking fee for any charging accessories that fail to be returned with the device once the return is inspected. Customers should also MAKE SURE to double-check their returns IMEI Number prior to shipping the device back. Returns that are sent back without matching IMEI numbers will be subject to a 50% restocking)
