Make sure that you have the plug App downloaded. Then select the menu bar in the left corner. You will see a variety of options - go to orders and you will see everything you need to know about your order information.

Hola, hace unas horas hice una compra en su tienda, terminé de buscar y me aparece cancelada, pero ya pagué mi compra, quisiera saber qué pasó, ¿por qué me aparece cancelada? Gracias de antemano, espero una pronta respuesta.
